**2020 REGISTRATION FEE INFO**

 

Due to the 2020 season being cancelled, we will be refunding registration fees. We had some families who said they would like to donate their fees to VABA for this year so we have included that option if you so choose. 

 

** Please complete ONE FORM PER FAMILY REGISTERED
** Please return completed form to Bryan Masek / VABA

** Refund checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of submitting completed form 

** DEADLINE TO RESPOND: Friday, June 19th. If a signed form is not received by this date,

     VABA will assume your registration fees are a donation to our association for 2020.
